Our clients generally seek individuals who have several years' experience and a successful track record in a particular function; sales, marketing, technical, professional services or customer support. Working closely with our client we gain an in-depth knowledge of the company, it’s requirements and objectives. This knowledge enables us to identify appropriately skilled individuals and give proper briefings, guaranteeing mutual suitability for both you and our client.

Rushworths handles assignments on a retained basis recruiting people into permanent, FTC’s and occasionally contract roles. We typically advertise on behalf of a client. We also conduct confidential searches

Your CV will be received in confidence and will be for fulfilling client assignments. It will not be distributed outside of Rushworths without your prior agreement. We will request your consent in line with DPA 2018 / GDPR regulations at the appropriate time.

For a specific role either advertised or search, we will contact you to discuss your objectives and suitability for the role. Prior to interview, we will provide you with a full Briefing document containing information on the client company, a person specification and job description as well as likely package information. After time to reflect, if you are interested and successful, then you will be invited to meet with our client.
