Marketing Coordinator & Administrator – B2B

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator & Administrator to join a growing team to support the development and implementation of the marketing strategy. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive as well as collaborating with the Sales and Development teams across all stages of the lead generation process. Whilst primarily administrative, your insight will be welcomed to help develop, expand and maintain the marketing channels.

The role is suited to a marketing graduate who has some good experience (intern/placement) in a marketing or comms role. You’ll gain a broad range of marketing skills and experience in business-to-business marketing strategies.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as Marketing Coordinator & Administrator you’ll:

  • Provide operational support for marketing and sales
  • Data collection and reporting in HubSpot or another CRM
  • Market & competitor research & analysis: generate interest & create sales opportunities by coordinating & managing email campaigns, events, social & workshops
  • Working with Sales and supporting the Marketing function
  • Proof-reading
  • Base admin marketing for events

As a Marketing Coordinator & Administrator you’ll need, along with a degree level education:

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing
  • Interest in content creation experience (specific to written copy)
  • Familiarity with marketing software and online applications (e.g. HubSpot, Leadfeeder, Asana, ZoomInfo/Engage)
  • Some stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms
  • An interest in coding and web-design

Softer attributes will include effective communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to liaise and engage comfortably with clients and partners, a good team player with an enthusiastic, proactive and collaborative approach.

Hybrid working with the ability to travel to the Reading office for meetings. You’ll need to attend marketing events as required however, currently you will need to be able to work from home.
