We will then submit our Proposal, outlining our understanding of your requirements, our proposed recruitment strategy and campaign method. Executive Search - Often used when we are seeking individuals either with specialist knowledge or a complex skill set. We use our experience and wide range of industry contacts to identify individuals. A methodical approach enables us to talk to individuals in both major corporates and the smaller, newer organisations. This method is often used alongside Advertised Selection.
Advertised Selection - Candidates are selected, assessed and interviewed from either a press or web advertisement. We will recommend the best advertising medium to ensure maximum coverage and attract the right calibre of individuals. Working from your brief and job description, we write the copy and liaise with either your or our own advertising agency, ensuring the advertisement correctly differentiates your company from your competitors.
Recruitment Management - Often for a start-up where there is not capacity for a company's HR team to handle a major recruitment drive, Rushworths can assist by providing a full recruitment management service. This can include managing input from Agencies. It gives controlled access to candidates listed with agencies but ensures all candidates have been interviewed and briefed for your roles.
Candidate Selection - At interview we will provide the candidate with a Briefing document outlining your company profile, the job description, person specification and remuneration. We carry out structured candidate interviews. These allow us to gain a thorough understanding of the candidate's background and skillset and to validate their previous experience and achievements. We also identify the candidate's own expectations and future objectives.
Following candidate interviews we will provide you with a shortlist and detailed candidate reports. We will handle all candidate correspondence up to final offer stage.
HR Services - Rushworths also provide a range of HR Support services. These include career counselling, support during company reorganisation and integration, specific research assignments as well as remuneration and organisation survey work.
