IT Technical Support Analyst
   

Technical Support Analyst to provide day to day first and second line IT support for Desktop/Laptop, Microsoft office applications, printing, networking and in house applications. Troubleshooting, installation and configuration, maintenance of applications, diagnosis & problem resolution, security and documentation, analysis and testing of new software applications. Active Directory/Exchange 2003, networking, Cisco. Support for UK, remotely, Europe and North America.

As part of the Help Desk Team for Global Operations, you will be responsible for providing remote day to day, first and second line support covering IT and networking to all UK and some European Branches and service centres. This will also include support for Branches in North America via Citrix during our working day. It will cover all aspects of support, Desktop/Laptop, Microsoft office applications, printing, networking and in house applications. It will include troubleshooting, installation and configuration, maintenance of applications such as Active Directory, ticketing and order to cash applications, diagnosis & problem resolution, security and documentation through to analysis and testing of new software applications. Working independently in the UK, you will be part of an international team, becoming involved with global projects.

As well as relevant educational, preferably graduate, qualifications, excellent analytical and communications skills and a wish to provide a first class service, you will need knowledge of Microsoft products, to include Active Directory/Exchange 2003 in a standard corporate operating environment using Windows XP, with experience of networking using Cisco products. Confident of your technical, planning and organising abilities, you will be able to deliver support in a fast moving environment and work with third party providers. You must be able to drive to other UK offices and travel to Canada occasionally. This new IT role in the UK offers a challenge and a fantastic opportunity to progress in a growing company.
